aarnio is always interested in learning about new ways of production. he found that “rotation molding” – a way of working with plastic (in this case mdpe medium density polyethylene), offers the same possibilities for design as fiberglass, used for the pastil chair or ball chair but much more cheaper in production for getting a high quality result.
