designed by lievore altherr molina, big exceeds all expectations: it is a light fixture which provides direct ambient down light, achieving a quality akin to a real skylight. just as the light intensity from a natural skylight changes with the hours of the day the big is dimmable creating suitable lighting for a wide range of situations. it is a minimalist expression of fixture design– its white opal methacrylate flat diffuser takes up virtually the entire diameter.
